1. Go to the "Sell cryptocurrency now, and withdraw the money in a bitomat" page.
2. Select your cryptocurrency from the list to receive a transfer address.Transfer the crypto to the address provided. In return, you will receive a unique barcode to scan into the bitmachine.
3. Wait for the blockchain to confirm the transaction. You can check the status on the "Check Transaction Status" page. It usually takes a while, but sometimes up to 40 minutes.
4. Transaction ready? Great! Head to any bitmachine, scan the barcode and collect the cash.

‍Alternative: You can sell cryptocurrency directly at the bitmachine, skipping the website. Scan the QR code displayed on the device's screen and follow the instructions. Simple, right?

1 Visit the "Sell cryptocurrency now, and withdraw the money at the bitmachine" page.
2. Select your cryptocurrency from the list to receive the transfer address. Transfer the funds to the address provided. In return, you will receive a unique barcode to scan at the bitmachine.
3. Wait for the blockchain to confirm the transaction. You can check the status on the "Check Transaction Status" page. Usually it takes a few minutes, but sometimes it can take up to 40 minutes.
4. When the transaction is confirmed, go to any bitmachine, scan the barcode and collect the cash.

‍Alternatively: You can sell cryptocurrency directly at the bitmachine, skipping the website. Scan the QR code displayed on the device's screen and follow the instructions.

You will find two codes on the bitomat printout:

‍QR code (at the top): This is the address where you send the cryptocurrency to in order to collect the cash. It appears during the sale on the site or on the screen of the bitomat. You scan it with your phone to make the transfer.

‍Barcode (bottom): Used to withdraw cash at the bitomat. Scan it on the device and the money will be spent. Simple and intuitive!

Cryptocurrency Wallet is a smartphone app that allows you to store and manage your digital assets. We don't require you to install any specific app - choose the one that suits you best, such as TrustWallet, MetaMask or another. It's like a digital wallet or bank card, but for cryptocurrencies.

Please provide information over the phone regarding the incident, including a description of the circumstances, location, date and transaction ID. We will help immediately and refund more than due. Such situations occur less often than one in 1,000.

We understand that such a situation can be frustrating, so we offer several solutions:

1. Adding to your next withdrawal
If you have unpaid funds on several transaction codes or send consecutive cryptocurrencies to the same address, we can add up these amounts and allow you to withdraw the total in one transaction on our bitmachine. However, making a refund of less than €10 is not possible, as such an amount would not even be enough to pay the miners' fee. Therefore, you should add it to the next code and withdraw it at the next transaction

2. QR code for a specific amount in EUR
Use the option "QR for a specific withdrawal in EUR". Enter the amount you want in PLN, generate the QR code, and your wallet will automatically adjust the amount of cryptocurrency so that you receive exactly that amount. This avoids leaving insolvent "stubs."
