When someone answers the phone—which happens almost every day except Sundays—everyone is very friendly and helpful. They check currency exchanges and deposits, and if something isn’t working, they immediately try to figure it out and do everything they can to ensure the funds reach your wallet. Sometimes it takes up to 8 hours, sometimes only 20 minutes, but overall the service has been very good and professional. Thank you very much.

“Wenn man jemand ans Telefon bekommt, was fast immer ausser Sonntag kommt nd Montag der Fall war, sind alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit, checken mit einem den Geld Wechsel und die Einzahlungen. Wenn etwas nicht funktioniert dann wird sofort versucht zu eruieren und es wird alles getan dass die Gelder auf der Wallet ankommen, manchmal dauert es bis zu 8 Stunden manchmal nur 20 Minuten, aber alles in allem war es sehr gut, professionell Vielen Dank”
