Customer Support Specialist (Languages: EN / IT / DE / FR)

Your responsibilities:

• Providing comprehensive customer support through various communication channels: inbound phone calls, online chats, emails, and SMS messages
• Keeping customers informed about the status of their cases and providing ongoing updates
• Handling complaints professionally and responding in accordance with established procedures
• Cooperating with the AML team in customer verification, KYC processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
• Updating, verifying, and maintaining customer data in profiles
• Working with Polish and international support teams to effectively resolve cases and improve service processes
• Building positive customer relationships through an individual approach, high-quality communication, and fast response times
• Maintaining high standards of cross-cultural communication

Our requirements:

• Very good command of at least one foreign language: English, Italian, German, or French (minimum B2 level)
• Knowledge of more than one foreign language is a plus (e.g. English + Italian / German / French)
• Experience in customer service or administration
• Practical knowledge of KYC/AML processes and basic anti-money laundering regulations
• Independence and strong organizational skills
